Tom Koppelman is the owner and managing director of Net Change Factory BV and the founder of the Business Fitscan. He has held various leadership and management positions in different organizations and business units, with over 30 years of experience in areas such as marketing, communication, sales, ICT, and finance. With Net Change Factory, he focuses on strategy, agile working, and change management.

After working for many years in senior management positions within various large consulting organizations, Gerard developed a desire to fully focus again on what he is passionate about: experiencing change processes with and for clients and making them a success. In July 2020, after 15 years of working for major consulting firms, Gerard decided to change course, founding Planders BV and mobilizing a network of collaboration partners. Gerard is an energetic person who looks to the future with curiosity. He is characterized by strong analytical, communicative, and social skills. From an advisory and connecting perspective, he uses these skills to create overview and insight in complex issues. He knows how to achieve sustainable results by combining deep understanding, context, and vision with the ability to turn challenges into feasible and accepted solutions using modern leadership techniques. His clients appreciate his ability to link deep insight, context, and vision with the ability to turn challenges into feasible and accepted solutions. After completing his studies in Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, he completed the post-master's degree in Management Consulting (MMC) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2016.
